Use: Whether lying or sitting, make sure to align the waist with the base of the wedge cushion, to allow complete support. The duration of use and the choice of adding a pillow varies according to individual needs.
Adaptation: The typical adaptation period is between two and three weeks, but faster adaptation is common.
Care: The foam can be cleaned locally with a damp cloth only. The coconut cover is machine washable in cold water. Lay flat to dry. No ironing. No bleach.
